Director's Message
Dear Parents/Families,
Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! We are excited for a new year, and are looking forward to educating your child this year!
We anticipate having a fantastic year at Lion Lane as we watch your child grow both academically and socially. In keeping with our district initiatives, we will focus on developing literacy and numeracy skills, as well as, developing the social skills needed to be successful in Pre-k and beyond.
Parent partnerships are an important part of the academic and social development of your child. Your child’s teacher will be contacting you to orient you to our school and prepare you both for the first day. As we move through the school year, teachers will share with you activities and supports you can do with your child at home to reinforce what we are doing here at school. This is a very powerful partnership and contributes to your child’s success.
